Blending and balancing the compliments of Yin and Yang. Aligning mind, body, and breath. Connecting the three and flowing as one. Utilizing the mind-body connection in steady and strong sequencing. Starting with a Yang(active-external) practice. Focusing on full body activation and awareness before winding down into a a slow and mindful Yin (internal-still) sequence. Closing class with meditation.
