Barre Flow – Join us for this full body workout. No experience necessary. Each exercise flows from one to the next working all of the muscles from head to toe. The low impact technique is great for the beginner as well as experienced fitness lovers. Expect yoga inspired stretching/flows after working each muscle group to create long, lean, muscles and aide in recovery.
The Barre classes are a part of our partner Beyond Barre. The classes are not included with URU passes. Beyond Barre does offer a $10 special drop in rate to URU students.
