This yoga class offers a slower, gentle paced flow focusing on the basic foundations.  It will provide you the ability to focus on expanding your breath and allowing your movements to be guided by your breath in a slow flow.

Tuesday 10:30 am – 11:30 am (URU Yoga – 9 Mile)
