Description: This practice is building the blocks of practice.  Perfect for someone just starting a yoga practice who is ready for a little more movement but still wants extra instruction and a beginner’s pace. Have fun learning to link yoga poses with the breath and receive in depth instruction for yoga staples like Sun Salutations. While learning the “How” of Yoga practice, get in on the “Why” as well. Great class for building confidence in your new Yoga practice. Also, ABC Yoga is wonderful for advanced practitioners who want to slow it down and fine tune details of practice.
