This is an open level hot yoga class, designed to calm the mind and body, build strength and flexibility, and enhance present moment awareness while we sweat it out. We will connect breath with conscious movement, finding fluidity and grace. We will flow through warm ups, sun salutations, fun flows, a peak pose and a nice savasana. The instructor will demonstrate modifications so students of varying abilities can be both challenged and comfortable. Come to move, breathe sweat, challenge and nourish yourself.
