As the weather changes, so do we. This class’ temperature changes with the seasons: cool and refreshing in the Summer, and warm and cozy in the Winter. Whether it’s cold or hot, be sure to bring your water bottle for an open level yoga class designed to strengthen the mind and body.
Practice yoga while picking up tools for self awareness, healthy choices, and personal development. In this class, learn to cultivate concentration, identify strengths, and combine mindful intentions with focused action.
At the end of class, enjoy an optional shoulder press with essential oils (during the Cool Summer classes) and a cold lavender towel and guided relaxation (during the Warm Winter classes).
