In this class we will develop and practice mindfulness: the state of presence and alert awareness that allows for creative flow rather than habitual reactions. As we link a mindful breath with the movements of our body, we can explore and compassionately challenge ourselves to expand beyond our limitations. We will culminate our practice with meditation: surrendering and allowing ourselves to be. Vinyasa means “flow”, like the way we create a flow by linking one movement to the next and one breath to the next. “Vinyasa of Mindfulness” links one present moment to the next.
