Donation Class: Cultivating Inner Strength through Pranayama and Asana with Jessica Samson

Without breath, we die. It is the source of our being. And when connected to the mind and body in complete awareness, it can unlock the source of our inner strength. In this intermediate flow class we will explore how to do that.

Pranayama- the formal practice of controlling the breath- will be the foundation from which our poses will stem. It will be our main focus as we align this breath with our internal energy and balance. It’s a great start to every morning- allowing you to leave the class feeling energized and more importantly, aware of the breath that keeps you alive and ready to take on the rest of the day.

This is a donation-only class with proceeds to benefit the HER Foundation.

The HER Foundation (Honor, Empower, and Rebuild) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is committed to providing services for homeless women veterans while they transition to affordable housing. HER will identify and provide services to the homeless and those in danger of becoming homeless. HER Foundation is committed to meeting the unique needs of women veterans.
