This class offers an opportunity to enhance a fun-loving relationship between parent (or grandparent or other grown-up) and child as you nourish yourself through an energizing yoga practice. Babies and toddlers are encouraged to play with each other and yoga toys while their grown-ups get a chance to enjoy a loud yet lovely yoga practice. We incorporate our kids into the class as much as they desire but there is no requirement for the children to stay on a mat and hold yoga poses. This class is great for grown-ups that simply want to practice yoga while being near their children. Nursing, changing diapers, and soothing are all perfectly normal in this welcoming and lively space. No yoga experience required.
