Together, in a fun & supportive environment, we will explore increasing range of motion in the body in a healthy way. We will also learn exercises to build functional strength to sustain flexibility, while finding and correcting muscle imbalances in the body. A balance of empowered flexibility and strength can help you be the best you can be, and be able to do your activity of choice for a long time to come!
