Join Melissa for an open level slow flow dedicated to personal development and self-compassion. We will mindfully move through each pose, using our breath, props, and adjustments to improve focus and alignment. Our practice is closed with a guided relaxation, aroma therapy, and (optional) gentle shoulder press.
