Flow into Yin takes a slower conscious approach to increase flexibility and the ease of movement. The class will increase awareness in your joints, fascia tissue, tendons and ligaments. Flow into Yin encourages breath to help slowly develop a deeper, slower approach to your flexibility, along with healing sore muscles. The class begins with Sun Salutations. These will help warm the muscles and create a conscious body canvas before experiencing your journey to the true range of motion your body has to offer. The class offers an abundance of massage and adjustments in order to reach your full potential in each asana.
