Flow & Restore Yoga

Mini Vinyasa flows to warm target muscle groups followed by restorative poses. Restorative Yoga poses are mostly on the floor using blankets and bolsters to support the body, providing alignment and facilitating a deep liberating relaxation. Deep relaxation counteracts the effects of stress, improves the immune system and teaches the application of serenity on and off the mat.
