Friday Night Alternative Flow "Come as You Are Yoga" (Donation) with Jenny Diebold

Do you spend all week running around for something outside yourself? A job, your kids, living for school or your parents? Engage in something different on a Friday night with a yoga practice and playlist designed for your personal recharge.
Release your week with a gentle flow. Build strength with balance poses and core work. Relax with a guided meditation leading into savasana.
Open to all beings. New or experienced yogis and anywhere in between. Teenagers welcome.
Donation class proceeds go to and supports our local advocates.
