Gentle Beginner Warm Yoga

This is a beginner class in a warm room that will introduce you to the benefits of hot yoga without overwhelming you. The poses are basic beginner level with gentle stretches and flows with some deep breathing exercises. Restorative poses and deep relaxation added to the class will balance the moving poses and the supported balancing poses for a well rounded evening practice.

Wednesday 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm (URU Yoga – 9 Mile)
