This class is geared toward providing a midweek mindful exploration of our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual states and moving our beings toward inner stillness, relaxation, self- care and nurturance, physical well-being and spiritual bliss. We will hold space for each other as we experience a restorative pose, a gentle vinyasa flow to peak pose with variations and assists, and at least one meditation including yoga nidra. Students will be encouraged to nurture their bodies and their souls as they move through the warm ups, the vinyasa sequence, the peak pose, the restorative pose and the meditations.
Lindsey is excited to offer this class and welcomes students of all levels who are interested in some midweek mindful stress relief.
