In honor of Memorial Day, this class will be dedicated to the warriors who have sacrificed their lives for our country. Join Makenna Curtis as we practice bringing strength into the body with the breath and work to release negative tensions.
The class will consist of a slow strengthening flow ending with a 20 minute meditation. Please feel free to bring a token of memory to represent any loved ones lost to dedicate your meditation to.
