Hot Akhanda Yoga

Akhanda, meaning whole, is a practice with a high emphasis on breath, philosophy, movement, meditation and sound.
While the hot yoga warms and energizes the body, the repetition of breath, intention and brief stillness brings a sense of peace and restoration to the mind.
