A hot, smooth, and challenging flow of movement of the body, mind, and breath. Sweet and chill tunes will accompany strong poses and fluid sequencing. Winding down and relaxing through savasana, we will close the class with a few minutes of meditation. Be present and do whatever you feel for your practice, listen to your body and mind, come back to your breath. Oh! And prepare to sweat, this is a HOT class; towels and water highly suggested. Please also bring an open heart and mind. Trying new things, testing mental and physical boundaries throughout practice is highly encouraged! So, let us flow and express our energy together.
