This energetic and powerful yoga class focuses on the connection of breath to movement, quieting our minds and strengthening our bodies. The class incorporates upbeat music and temperatures around 100 degrees to exhilarate and detoxify. Come prepared to work hard and sweat hard. Bringing water to drink and a towel for your mat are strongly encouraged. The class is taught at an intermediate level but can be adapted for all levels of experience and fitness.
