This heated class is designed for all levels and focuses on building strength and flexibility by utilizing the vinyasa flow style. By providing various modifications for many postures, each yogi can easily transform their practice into something that serves them in that particular moment. Be sure to be hydrated when you come to class and bring a water bottle and a towel to dry off.
