Bring your water bottle! Join Melissa Garner, LMHC, RYT, for an open level hot yoga class designed to strengthen the mind and body. Practice yoga in a heated room while picking up tools for self awareness, healthy choices, and personal development. In this class, learn to cultivate concentration, identify strengths, and combine mindful intentions with
focused action. At the end of class, enjoy a cold lavender towel and guided relaxation. Uru passes accepted.
