Intro to Yoga Beginner

This class is meant for anyone who is just beginning their yoga practice or anyone who is getting back into their yoga practice. This class will teach basic alignments in poses. We will learn the use of props.  Basic language and philosophy of yoga will be taught in this class.  This class is accessible to most.
