A beginner’s guide to learning yoga in a fun environment for pre-teens to get to know their bodies better as they journey through this transitional time in life. Yoga is a non-competitive activity that encourages group interaction while cultivating a more intimate expression within the self. Learning the poses helps build body awareness, confidence and by focusing on the deliberate movements with deep breathing pre-teens learn to quiet the mind & reduce stress.
