Mindful Movement Pilates with Jessica Wade

Joseph Pilates believed that there should be balance in every aspect of our life. If our body is strong mentally and physically we should be able to complete daily tasks with ease. Ultimately, enjoying a pain free life. He developed a system of exercises that will help with that success. This class will honor those original exercises, while helping to break them down to make them accessible for everybody. Basic does not mean easy, but this class will always end with a sense of accomplishment. Every muscle in the body will be worked and stretched to create proper posture alignment and awareness over time.
