Mindful Movement is a flow class for all yoga practitioners. In this class, we will begin by centering ourselves into the space through pranayama and chant then we will warm up and flow mindfully through a yoga sequence to open the body gently. The poses will bring flexibility, strength and balance to the body. After asana practice, we will sit quietly in meditation. It has been said that yoga without meditation is like baking a cake but not eating it. In this class, you will get your cake and eat it too!
