Morning Mindfulness

As we rise in the morning, we begin our day by finding our bearing with the breath, flowing with the body, and cultivating strong intention with the mind. In our asana practice, we focus on warming, strengthening, and stretching the body to promote longevity, and find stillness to relax the mind. As we develop the sensitivity to move inward, we develop a flow of unwavering concentration. We culminate our practice with an extended seated meditation, leading us to a deeper wisdom and awareness, which we carry back into the world as the true gift of yoga.
