This is a warm yoga class with sweet candlelight. Aligning movement and breath encourages the mind to relax and ground in the present moment. This class focuses on linking mindful breathing with a sequence of postures that vary from class to class. We begin with warm ups that will open the body for the increased pace of the class leading us to more steady postures. This is the space in which we experience focused awareness and may witness our state of being. Some intermediate and advanced postures will be explored along with its modified versions, making it accessible for all levels.This class is infused with pranayama, mantra chanting, stories, themes and more.
