This vinyasa class will focus on controlled, intentional movements performed at a slow pace allowing the student to take several breaths in each pose for maximum benefit. The sequences will attainable to all students, but are designed to challenge the body, build strength, and increase confidence. The room will be set to 90-100*. Bring a beach towel and water. Chilled cloths will be offered during Savasana.
