Reboot, Realign, Relax: a 75-minute heated practice that encourages you to breathe deeper and get in touch with your intention. 60 minutes will be dedicated to body and breath awareness, focusing on alignment cues and one breath one movement. The last 15 minutes will have a slower more restorative vibe.
