Indulge the senses in this candle lit restorative flow class, designed to provide a safe place to stretch and restore the mind and body. Enjoy focused breathing, gentle stretches, and guided movement for the first half of class, followed by restorative and relaxing yoga postures supported with a variety of props including bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows (provided). Themes taught in this restorative class include recognizing and managing stress, improving self-awareness, and practicing self-care.
A variety of therapeutic modalities are offered in this class, including mindful breathing, aromatherapy, gentle and restorative stretching and movement, guided muscle relaxation, and (optional) shoulder press and hands-on assists.
