Encouraging mental and physical health and awareness. Quieting the mind, and pairing physical movement with the breath. A steady class with a challenging flow. There will be deep stretching along with strong poses. There is no aesthetic intention here. It is not about how we look, but how we feel. Being present and honoring ourselves. Be prepared to try new things, connect with your mind, body, and breath. Remember, if you’re feeling it, you are doing it.
