In this class we will discover our individual expression and fluidity whilst moving together. Flowing, sharing space and energy, allowing yourself to meet your edge. Using the breath to deepen and lengthen your poses and sequences. Sinking only as deeply as your body is willing to go, and challenging your mind to stay present within the link of physical movement and breath.
Remaining unconcerned about what will come next, or what you look like, what anyone looks like. Choosing to be right where you are, and how you are.
Variations are always offered so that you may find your and personal expression to enhance your class and experience.
