An introduction to the Sivananda discipline of yoga. We will be performing the physical practice, centered around the collection of energy along your 7 primary chakras. After practice, feel free to stick around for pranayama breathing exercises and a short discussion on the other aspects of a Sivananda lifestyle (diet, proper relaxation, proper breathing, and proper meditation).
