This is a dynamic beginner hot yoga class. The poses and flow will be more challenging than a gentle beginner or basic beginner class plus heat. This class will have sun salutations and require some physical fitness. If you have been curious about hot yoga, this is a good one to start with. Always remember to bring water and towels. If it gets to hot it is always an option to step out of the room.
