Welcome to Slow Flow!

This one-hour intermediate class will begin with pranayama (breathing exercises) and gentle warm up to slowly open the body. Synchronizing breath with movement, we will flow creatively to strengthen and lengthen our muscles, find focus in standing balance postures, and fully absorb the benefits of the practice with savasana & meditation.
