Slow Flow

Slow flow yoga moves through the asana at a meditative pace to allow the mind and body to open and soften. Slow flow is a balancing and strengthening practice as poses are held for a longer time than a traditional flow class, allowing flexibility to increase. The mind stabilizes as well when we bring awareness to the body and the breath.
