Strength and Flexibility Flow

This class uses a moderately paced Vinyasa flow sequence to help build strength, increase flexibility, and find focus. You will practice basic postures such as sun salutations, standing poses, back and forward bends, and twists. This practice also emphasizes linking the breath with movement as you flow from one pose to the next.
