Stretch and Refresh Yoga with Shea Kelly s

Open to all yoga levels. This class focuses on removing tightness and tension in the body caused by our modern lifestyle. A slow flow focused on connecting breath and movement to stretch and refresh the body and mind. Incorporating both active and and restorative stretches to help lengthen leg muscles, open the chest, shoulders, and hips. A great class for runners, people who work at a desk, or simply those looking to feel refreshed after a long day.
