Sunday Morning Slow Flow Yoga

Ease into your Sunday with a slow flow practice. This practice works well for beginner and practiced yogis who enjoy, or would like to try, a warm environment. A gentle heat will keep the room warm as you mindfully move the body through a series of postures to build heat within. Postures will be at a beginner to intermediate level; however, if you want to kick it up a notch, you are always welcome to do so. ~Namaste
