This is a beginner level class which incorporates breathing exercises, chanting, sun salutations, standing poses, hip-openers, seated poses, twists, backbends, and basic inversions at a comfortable pace. Beginner Yoga Flow provides a nurturing environment to help you gain flexibility, balance and strength while relaxing. This is the perfect class for anyone new to yoga or seeking a refresher on the basics of Yoga.
