Come relax at the end of your day with this open level vinyasa flow class. We will breathe new energy into the body as we stretch and flow through moderate poses and release areas of tension and stress. We will flow into calming postures and practice the art of letting go. This class is the perfect way to unwind and destress at the end of your busy day.
