If you have thought about trying Hot Yoga but are unsure, this is the class for you. Everyone who attends Hot Yoga can learn something from this class. This class will offer some Foam Rolling, slow moving but challenging Vinyasa Flow, some long held Yin postures, and a short seated meditation at the end. If you have children 7+ they can attend Kids Silks while we Stretch & Flow.
