Show up for yourself Monday evenings at 6pm, URU 9 Mile. Loren will guide you through a mindful and heart-full flow, focusing on engaging your body’s core muscle meridian and utilizing breath to build the practice and anchor us to the current moment. So often we create more tension in our bodies and overuse through our physical practices and day-to-day lives. Learn how to relax the outer body, where so much of our tension lives, and engage the inner “core” body for quicker strength building and a greater feeling of relaxation.
