26/2 Yoga
This class will offer the 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises series that is known as Bikram yoga. But don’t let the name scare you, the room will be set at a moderate 90*. The poses will still be performed in a specific series to detoxify, strengthen, stretch, and heal the body and mind. Class will be light-hearted in nature but will encourage each student to challenge themselves. Bring a beach towel and water.
