A calming, stress-relieving Yoga Class to stretch and strengthen the body gradually while practicing in a warm, comfortable atmosphere. Asanas (poses) will be practiced at a deliberate pace allowing for a concentration on form and detail. Breath and alignment will be the primary focus during this class. Yogi’s of all abilities are welcomed.
