This class will focus on building strength and increasing flexibility by combining traditional yoga poses with movements from HIIT, Crossfit, Barre, etc. An emphasis will be placed on holding poses for several breaths and using props allowing the muscles to stretch. 60 minutes of work, followed by 15 min of relaxation. Chilled lavender cloths and a massage will be offered during Savasana.
