We will began class with a powerful vinyasa style flow in a nice and toasty room. The heat helps lubricate your joints, muscles, and the tissue (fascia) that connects the muscle and bones. The class will peak with poses meant to focus breathe and build strength. Then we will slow down heart rate and calm breathe with sweet and stretchy yin poses.
