Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is the practice of providing balance to the yang pace of life we live in. Each posture will be fully supported by props and breath, making it a practice that involves little to no muscle engagement. Resting in each pose between 4 to 7 minutes allows us to go deep into what lies beyond the surface; physically, below the muscle and into the connective tissue, and mentally/emotionally what lies beyond our knowledge. A deep and meditative practice.
