Mindful Movement Dance with Emmalee Sutton

with Emmalee Sutton

Sun June 25, 2017 5:30 pm - 6:45 pm

Mindful Movement Dance with Emmalee Sutton

Join Emmalee for Mindful Movement where we will reflect on the beauty of the body as you flow unbound by expectations. Using elements of modern dance, Emmalee guides the class through grounding stretches and movements that connect the heart space to the physical vibrations of the body, creating an environment that nourishes and encourages childlike imagination. Through emotional acknowledgement and the use of nature guides, this mindful movement flow will awaken the creator within. For this class, just bring your imagination and some vulnerability. If you leave home without it, don’t worry, just do what feels good.
